Stone of Fading Charisma

The Stone of Fading Charisma is a stone created by Yhellel during his tournament. It gave the user the greatest silver tongue in return for some stats.

The Stone of Fading Charisma can be used to automatically success any Charisma check or saving throw, or gain 10 inspiration which expire in 1 hour. If either effect is used, the user's charisma stat decreases by 3, if they cannot lower their charisma without reaching the negatives, no effect is activated and no stat is lowered.
