Stone of Excessive Explosions

The stone of excessive explosions is a stone created by Yhellel during his tournament. It grants the holder the ability to self-destruct, but does not let them control how many times they do so.

The stone of excessive explosions can be used as an action to roll 1d100, then the holder explodes (like a 5th level fireball) the result many times (if they rolled a 52, they will explode 52 times). The holder cannot dodge the explosions and takes the full damage regardless of feats, abilities, or resistances. Every other creature in a 20 ft radius must make a DC 22 Dex saving throw or take the full damage, taking half on a success. If the holder would die in the explosions, they are ressurected 30ft away from the explosion. For every time they use the stone after the first and they would die, roll a d20. If the roll is a 12 or lower, the holder is not ressurected. If they are brought back to life by other means after failing to ressurect by the stone, then they will become unable to use the stone from then on.
