Stone of Constant Criticals

The stone of constant criticals is a stone created by Yhellel during his tournament. It makes sure all they holder does is either done incredibly well, or terribly.

As long as the stone of constant criticals is in someone's possesion, that person always crits. If they make a d20 roll for anything, anything above a 10 is considered a natural 20, and 10 or anything below is considered a natural 1. This also applies to anything rolling against the holder.
