Stone of Choice

The Stone of Choice is a stone created by Yhellel during his tournament. It grants the holder a choice of its effect, once daily.

The Stone can be used as an action once a day to change its effect to any effect of the holder's choice, with the only limitations being as follows:
The stone cannot duplicate another stone's ability, even vaguely
The stone cannot undo the effects of another stone
The stone's effect does not affect any of the other stones
