Stone Cloak of the Jester

The stone cloak of the jester is a cloak made by Yhellel during his tournament. It grants the holder a variety of ridiculous effects and abilities. The Cloak appears as a long gray cloak with a large pocket on the inside and a single sticker on the hood, which looks like a mouth.

While the stone cloak of the jester is being worn, the wearer has all of the following effects: One small naked man in a ridiculous hat is summoned, and he spends his time screaming and causing as much mischief and mayhem as possible. Everyone can hear the man, and see the effects he has on the world, but only the wearer can see him. Everytime a spell is cast or the wearer tries to control the little man by grabbing them, their hands fall off, and then they regenerate new hands. The hands that fell off stay alive and cause as much trouble as possible until they take 15 damage and die (AC 12). The pocket in the cloak can hold up to 100lbs without changing weight, but every time it is opened or mentioned, another little man crawls from the pocket, joining the first in causing problems. In 24 hours, all of the little men except the first one return to their pocket. The wearer can use up the sticker on the cloak with an action to become able to control the little men through voice commands until their next turn. The sticker reappears on the cloak 24 hours later. The wearer must always speak in rhymes, and if they violate this, nobody hears what they said except the little men. The wearer's Charisma stat is set to 20, and their Performance, Persuasion, Deception, Sleight of Hand, and Acrobatics get an extra +6 to rolls. They also gain an extra +8 to any psychic damage they deal.
