Excalibur (Eh-s-k-ah-l-ih-b-er)
Excalibur is a weapon created in The Colosseum, by a crossing of massive divine energy and magical energy from the cosmos, where it formed in a rock of mythril. Excalibur appears as a bastard sword that is pure white with a golden hilt, crossed with bands that look like space, with the design changing as though you were spinning throughout space. It contains a gem of Mythril and two Orichalcum gems in it's hilt, and the blade is lined with concentrated divine energy.
Excalibur has a weight of 0 as long as it is being held by its master. Twice per long rest, if its holder would be downed, they survive with 1hp instead. Excalibur starts with 10 charge counters on it. The holder can spend 1 charge counter to give themselves or another person advantage on anything, or impose disadvantage on anyone for anything. Excalibur regains 1d4 of these charges during a long rest, or 1 during a short rest. Excalibur regains all of these charges if it is placed back in it's pedastal, or a chunk of mythril is destroyed for it. If a roll would fail, or an attack would miss, Excalibur's holder can remove 2 charge counters to succeed instead. Excalibur can reduce the weight of one willing target to 0, or increase it by infinity.

Excalibur is a living weapon, with the ability to manipulate gravity and fate. Those who it dislikes it does not allow to pick up, by increasing it's own gravity by several thousand times. Excalibur has been known to enter short contracts with mortals under extreme circumstances. Excalibur is a victory weapon.
Excalibur only allows those it sees as true heroes or pure of heart to lift it, unless it is under contract. Those purified by Truth do not count towards being pure of heart, and to be this they must have never been corrupted in any way, killing is allowed as long as they retain a respect for life.
