The Chalice of Infinite Chance takes one action to use. It takes effect if the liquid makes contact with a living creature, whether they drink it, are splashed with it or fall into it. There is no limit to the uses of the Chalice of Infinite Chance, but if an effect happens three times in a row, reroll that third time and apply the new effect, if it the same effect, roll it again.
The Chalice of Infinite Chance's champion was a Blind Aasimar Cleric named Eeshvar who wished for the "cup of god". That gave Yhellel entirely too much free space to complete the wish. He died 4 years later from instant poison.
