THe Smiths that work for Tolsirion are well paid, but they also work for the oppurtunity to craft armor made from very exotic materials that they could not normally afford such as Ebony in large quantities, or Dragonbone. They are capable at working this material though there is no way they would be able to afford it. Tolsirion allows them the oppurtinity to work with this material.
