Angelkeep

Angelkeep is a floating city that used to be the upper half of Waterdeep . The entire structure, including the underground rock, has been settled and militarised to make the Angelkeep a mobile, dangerous weapon to defend or attack, and is able to move around through several Wizards utilizing Graviturgy Magic. The Council of Amaron resides within, overseeing their various factions from above.
