The Rejuvenating flames

One of the four examples set up by the Rejuvenation group and the only example not in a capital city.
The "Rejuvenation centres" as they are collectively referred to are primarily split into two halves.
Firstly a relaxation and improvement spa, where those who can afford it can pay to enjoy a wide range of procedures and environments designed to improved health and reduce stress. this can range from a simple massage and relaxing day in saunas and heated pools all the way to cosmetic magic to adjust appearance and the aftercare needed to help adjust to these changes. Or for the truly wealthy there are some procedures which can extend lifespans and even aid with the acquisition of power.
The money raised from the first section is used to fund the second section. this is a purely medical facility that is free of charge for anyone to use, they do not provide cosmetic procedures but rather only procedures in order to help with injuries / illnesses however since they're inception these rejuvenation centres have saved tens of thousands of lives of the poorest in society who would never have been able to afford the cost of medical help, and saved tenfold more then fear of losing everything they have should a terrible injury befall them.
