1.) The character can spend 4 mana and a Primary action to make a single attack against targets in a 5’ x (dexterity mod) radius.
2.) The character can apply spells with a touch range to his arrows. These spells are performed normally, except that firing the arrow consumes part of the spell action.
3.) The character summons his own ammunition as part of the action to draw his bow, this ammunition is magical.
4.) Ranged attacks that the character makes magically select a new target when they miss, this can happen once per round.
5.) The character gains +1 to his dexterity and acuity scores and maximums.
