Khevolda Honorfeet

Khevolda Honorfeet (a.k.a. Khe (Key))

Khevolda (Key-Vol-Duh) Honorfeet was raised in the hillsides just outside of Bone Blade mountains. After the world shattered some dwarves remained true to their mountainside nature, and some expanded into the nearby hillsides. Raised in a rural community that favored largely farmwork and animal husbandry she did not have many options when it came to an education.   As Khe grew to adolescents she discovered she had a natural talent for spellcasting, but with a lack of means to nurture this art, so she took to what she knew best, the hills around her. She has since dedicated herself to the art of druidic magic and the research of the natural world around her. Khe has poured hours and hours of research into her spellcrafting, her life mission to author a hillside guide to magic.

Writing For Shield

My name is Khevolda Honorfoot, the stories I would like to tell are in full disclosure at least in part personal to me and the experiences I have encountered with the organization known as Shield. The wonders of magic, the despair of missing children, savage sewers, and the looming threat of "The Eye" that watches over. My aim is to relay everything we know up into this point and then quickly move into the perspectives of those most affected and what it means to them today. The aim simply to remember, to honor, and to attempt to give a voice to the voiceless..   I feel it is my duty to Shield and to the people to write these stories, to help in whatever way I can to make this harsh world a better place.

Entering Aelanir's Climb

As ae traveler to a big city, yer gon' see a variety of folks travelin' in. On my path I saw a couple of Humans, a pair of Dwarves, and an Elf. In Aelanir's Climb they work ta-gether see?   At that gate you'll find one big entryway with SIX big guards. Dese fellows must be working h'ard cause they seem humorless and dry types. I didn't mind a bit. State yer business and minding you ain't no bad folks they will grant you passage. They may even give you a tip of information if they're feeling kind!   Market Place: In the Market yae see a lot of your typical shopping arrangements, particularly they had a good variety of Produce Produce: "bushels of wheat, corn, potatoes, pears, and apples from the very freshest to all forms of processed...dried, roasted, pickled, breads, soups, ales, wines..." Animals: "Horses for riding, pigs and chickens, cows being milked fresh, venison being cleaned and butchered right in the market for the freshest cuts."   Big Eyes, Tiny Hands: Now I nae claim to know what happen tae me , but I want to give yae a warning. There's sneaking about, on my travels someone tried to pull at my pouch. Now as hospitable as I am I offered them food and assistance, nae a word in return. Be mindful of yer pockets as ye pass through the city
