Sirian becomes an Expert of the Longsword

Sirian, stopping at the city of Avissa, joins a crowning competition for dueling with his family blade, bearing it alongside a heavy shield. Winning the competition, he achieves the rank of Expert with the longsword and is awarded the Expert's Ribbon.
