Xeal's Surging Bolt
You become a living thunderbolt, dashing up to 30 feet in a straight line. You pass through creatures in your path, and each creature you move through must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 8d8 lightning damage and are knocked prone, or half as much damage and not knocked prone on a success. If they fail by 5 or more, they are also stunned and deafened until the end of their next turn.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a higher level spell slot, increase the damage by 1d8 for each spell level above its base level.
