Truth of the Planes
Some believe the multiverse is unknowable, but the Truthseeker of the Planes sees the pattern beneath the infinite. They walk the borders of the Real and the Unreal, charting paths through folds of existence where distance and time hold no sway. To them, the planes are not isolated domains but chords in a song that can be played, unraveled, and—if necessary—cut.
This Truth binds the seeker to cosmic thresholds, giving them insight into breaches in reality, strength against planar interlopers, and power to step between worlds. They do not travel the planes as tourists or summoners but as wardens, judges, and explorers of the great, interwoven whole. Few truths are more feared by Outsiders than this one.

Threshold Walker
1st-Level Truthseeker (Truth of the Planes) Feature Your attunement to the boundaries of the multiverse allows you to sense and resist foreign influence. You can manifest the Detect Planars spell as a 2nd-Order Power at will. As an action while under the effects of this power, you can focus on an individual creature detected by it and learn if the creature is native to this plane or not. When a non-native creature targets you with a spell or power, you can use your reaction to grant yourself advantage on the saving throw against that spell. You can use this reaction a number of times equal to your Truthseeker Power Reservoir, regaining all expended uses when you finish a long rest.Anchored Soul
6th-Level Truthseeker (Truth of the Planes) Feature Your connection to your home plane anchors your soul against banishment and planar dislocation. You gain resistance to force damage and advantage on saving throws against an effect that would involuntarily teleport, banish, or plane shift you unless you choose to allow it.Planar Stride
10th-Level Truthseeker (Truth of the Planes) Feature You can bend the distance between planes and use that instability to move in impossible ways. Whenever you would teleport, you can choose to pass briefly through another plane. If you do, until the end of your next turn, the first time you deal damage to a creature, you deal additional psychic damage equal to half your Truthseeker level. You can apply this additional damage a number of times equal to your Truthseeker Power Reservoir, regaining all expended uses when you finish a long rest.Worldwound Severance
14th-Level Truthseeker (Truth of the Planes) Feature You can force the boundary between planes to snap shut, severing a creature’s connection to the multiverse. As an action, you target one creature you can see within 90 feet that is not native to your current plane. That creature must succeed on a Charisma saving throw against your Psi save DC or be banished as though by the Banishment spell, without requiring concentration. If the target succeeds on the saving throw, it instead takes 6d10 force damage as planar rifts lash at its soul. You can use this feature once per long rest, or by making a Manifestation Test with a Score of 7 to use it again before then.Non-Dominant Truth Effect
You are always aware of planar boundaries. You can sense portals, rifts, and planar anomalies within 120 feet. Additionally, when you deal damage to a non-native creature, that target takes additional psychic damage equal to your Wisdom modifier. You can deal this additional damage a number of times equal to your Truthseeker Power Reservoir, regaining all expended uses when you finish a long rest. This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
