Few truths bear the weight of inevitability like Fate. To the Truthseeker who binds themselves to this ideal, life is not chaos nor chance—it is a woven design, a vast tapestry where each thread has purpose. From the fall of kings to the rise of heroes, all things march according to a greater pattern. Such Truthseekers do not claim to control destiny but to understand its flows and catch glimpses of its threads. They walk not to change fate, but to fulfill it. These individuals are often revered or feared, treated as oracles by some and as omens by others. Whether offering cryptic warnings or subtle guidance, they do so not from pride but from truth: nothing happens without cause, and no path is walked alone.

Thread Sense
1st-Level Truthseeker (Truth of Fate) Feature
You can perceive the threads of destiny that bind and guide all creatures. As a bonus action, you may designate one creature you can see within 60 feet. Until the start of your next turn, you have advantage on the first ability check, saving throw, or attack roll you make that involves or targets that creature. Additionally, you learn if the creature has any conditions affecting it, though not their source.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Truthseeker Power Reservoir, regaining all expended uses after a long rest.
Knot the Future
6th-Level Truthseeker (Truth of Fate) Feature
When a creature you can see within 30 feet makes an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, you can use your reaction to impose a knot of fate, forcing them to roll an additional d6 and subtract it from the roll. If the result causes the roll to fail, you lose 1 strain.
Once you use this feature, you must finish a short or long rest to use it again, unless you gain 2 strain to do so again.
Split the Loom
10th-Level Truthseeker (Truth of Fate) Feature
You learn to read multiple futures simultaneously. When you or an ally within 30 feet makes an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check, you can choose to roll twice and take either result. After doing so, you cannot benefit from this feature again until you complete a short or long rest, unless you make a Manifestation Test with a Score of 3.
In addition, you never appear to the effects of the
Augury and
Divination spells unless you choose to.
Threads of Inevitability
14th-Level Truthseeker (Truth of Fate) Feature
Destiny anchors your will. When you use a Truthseeker Feature or manifest a Truthseeker power and it is countered, resisted, or its target succeeds on its saving throw against the feature or power, you can choose to mark the target’s thread. Until the end of your next turn, attacks against that target have advantage.
You can mark a thread this way once per turn.
Non-Dominant Truth Effect
Your insight into patterns grants you uncanny foresight. You gain proficiency in Insight and Initiative checks.
