The pewter talon is a type of ryushin currency used throughout Lungao. With how much the ryushin people sail, the corrosion resistant metal helps them greatly in keeping the value of their coinage.

Mundane Items

Pewter is used to make steins, mugs, and tankards, a more expensive option than brass but cheaper than silver. A pewter tuning fork can be used to plane shift to the Para-Elemental Plane of Ice. Additionally, pewter is one of the metals hat can be formed into a golem.
