Permanency
This spell makes certain other spells permanent. You must first cast the spell you wish to make permanent, then cast the permanency spell. You can affect the following spells cast on yourself with permanency: Comprehend Languages, Darkvision, Detect Magic, See Invisibility, Tongues.
In addition to these spells, you can affect the following spells with permanency regardless of who or what the spell was originally cast upon. A creature must be willing to be affected by this spell: Alarm, Dancing Lights, Invisibility, Fog Cloud, Light, Wall of Fire, Wall of Force.
A single creature can only be affected by a single spell made permanent with the permanency spell. If another spell affecting the creature would be made permanent, the old spell immediately ends and the new spell is made permanent.
Permanency can only affect a spell of a lower level than it.
