Ophelia's Moonfire

Source: Elaris — Spells of Legend
You create a brilliant silver-white column of moonlight that crashes down upon a spot you can see within range. Each creature in the area must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 6d10 radiant damage on a failure or half as much on a success. If the target is an Undead, they instead make a Wisdom saving throw, taking 8d10 radiant damage and being frightened of you until the end of your next turn on a failure, or half as much damage and not frightened on a success. If an Undead creature immune to being frightened fails its saving throw against this spell, it is nonetheless frightened. While frightened in this way, a target cannot willingly move and perceives the moonfire’s light as a crushing force pressing upon them.   At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a higher level spell slot, increase the damage by 1d10 per spell level above its base level, or by 2d10 per spell level above its base level against an Undead target.
