Ophelia's Eclipse Bolt

Source: Elaris — Spells of Legend
You weave a sphere of lunar light infused with the darkness of a starless night, tempering them together and launching it at a target you can see within range. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d8 radiant damage on a failure or half as much on a success.   On a failed save, shadows cling to the target’s form, rendering them partially eclipsed for the duration. While eclipsed, the target emits dim light in a 5-foot radius, is unable to benefit from invisibility, and takes a 1d8 necrotic damage at the beginning of each of its turns.   If the target is Undead, it suffers disadvantage on attack rolls against creatures in bright light while eclipsed.   At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a higher level spell slot, increase the damage by 1d8 per spell level above its base level.
