Insatiable Hunger

One creature you can see within range must make a Constitution saving throw, beginning to starve at a vastly accelerated rate on a failure. The subjects suffer the effects of starvation on an hourly, rather than daily, basis, regardless of how much they eat. After a number of hours equal to 3 + the target's Constitution modifier, the target begins suffering one level of Exhaustion per hour. So long as this spell lasts, these levels of exhaustion cannot be recovered by any means, natural or magical.

This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
