Euphoric Surge
3rd-Level Willsurger (Idealized Euphoria) Feature
When you use your Ardent Surge, the creature gains temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier, and can immediately choose one of the following effects:
- Joyful Leap: Shift up to half their movement speed.
- Laughter's Grace: Reroll one saving throw against an ongoing effect.
- Burst of Cheer: Gain a bonus to attack rolls until the start of your next turn equal to the amount of d6s rolled.
Euphoria's Bloom
6th-Level Willsurger (Idealized Euphoria) Feature
Whenever you use Ardent Surge, choose a second creature within your Empathic Range. That creature also gains the benefits of Ardent Surge, though they do not trigger the additional effects from your Ideal unless you choose them as the main target.
In addition, when a creature gains temporary hit points from any of your Willsurger features of powers, they also gain advantage on saving throws against being
Frightened for 1 minute, or until they lose those temporary hit points, whichever comes first.
Heartlight Radiance
11th-Level Willsurger (Idealized Euphoria) Feature
Your emotional state can no longer be concealed. While you are not
Incapacitated, all light within your Empathic Range increases by 1 level, going from darkness to dim light or dim light to bright light.
Whenever a creature that is both in bright light and in your Empathic Range regains hit points, you can use your reaction to cause them to emit dazzling light until the end of their next turn. While emitting light in this way, all movement they take is considered shifting, and they gain no benefits from being hidden or
Invisible.
Resplendent Aria
14th-Level Willsurger (Idealized Euphoria) Feature
Whenever you roll initiative at the beginning of combat, you may immediately use Ardent Surge without expending a use. If this would cause the creature to regain more hit points than it is currently missing, it gains the remainder as temporary hit points.
Whenever you reduce a creature to 0 hit points or cause a creature to become stable, you may use Ardent Surge as a reaction on a different creature.
Living Exultation
18th-Level Willsurger (Idealized Euphoria) Feature
You are a radiant psionic core of joy. Your Ardent Surge now affects up to three creatures of your choice, and each creature can choose separate effects from your Euphoric Surge feature.
Additionally, once per turn when a creature within your Empathic Range scores a critical hit, reduces a creature to 0 hit points, or regains hit points from a source other than you, you may use your reaction to cause all creatures of your choice within your Empathic Range to gain temporary hit points equal to twice your Charisma modifier. Each creature that gains these temporary hit points may shift up to 10 feet.
