Clear Surge

3rd-Level Willsurger (Idealized Clarity) Feature
You exude a measured presence that can quell wild emotion. When you target a creature with your Ardent Surge, the target gains a bonus to its saving throws until the start of your next turn equal to the amount of d6s rolled.

Tranquil Focus

6th-Level Willsurger (Idealized Clarity) Feature
Your self-control radiates outward, granting you and nearby creatures clarity of thought. When you or a creature you can see within your Empathic Range is targeted by a Mind-Affecting effect, you can use your reaction to grant all creatures targeted by that effect in your Empathic Range advantage on any saving throw imposed by the effect.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Willsurger Power Reservoir, regaining all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Additionally, while concentrating on one or more Willsurger powers, you gain a bonus to your Concentration checks equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Emotional Lockdown

14th-Level Willsurger (Idealized Clarity) Feature
You can suppress and sever emotional influence with surgical precision. As an action, you can cause a powerful emotional numbing field in your Empathic Range that lasts for 1 minute or until you are incapacitated. While within this area:

• Creatures of your choice are immune to being Frightened and to Mind-Affecting effects.
• Creatures you did not choose that start their turn within your Empathic Range or enter it for the first time on a turn must make a Charisma saving throw against your Psi Save DC, being affected by the Calm Emotions spell until the start of their next turn on a failure.

Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.

Clarity Incarnate

18th-Level Willsurger (Idealized Clarity) Feature
You become a flawless conduit of still will. While you are conscious, you cannot be Charmed, Frightened, or Stunned, and you gain immunity to psychic damage.
Additionally, when you would drop to 0 hit points but not die outright, you may choose to drop to 1 hit points instead and immediately end any Mind-Affecting effect currently effecting you. Once you do so, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
