Gelbert's Unrelenting Itch
You cause an unbearable itch to plague a creature you can see within range. The target must make a Constitution saving throw, growing incredibly itchy for the duration on a failure. An itchy target must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw when casting a spell or manifesting a psionic power, losing the spell or power on a failure. If the target takes 5 or more damage, this effect is suppressed until the end of their next turn as the pain momentarily distracts them from their itchiness.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a higher level spell slot, you may target one additional creature for each spell level above its base level.
