Frigg's Flatulence

5th Edition
The legendary imperial goblin wizard, Frigg the Wily, devised this clever spell. The caster paints a symbol (an X, a face, etc.) on a surface, and then enchants the symbol such that the first time that any being 4' tall or larger passes it, a loud 'raspberry' is produced. The spell is commonly used as a perimeter warning system. The material component for this spell is the pugment used to draw the symbol mixed with a pinch of copper dust.
You paint a symbol on a surface as you cast this spell. The next time a creature of 4 feet or taller passes within 5 feet of the symbol, a loud sound akin to flatulence is emitted, audible to a hundred feet. The spell then ends.
