Diabolic Domain

The clerics of the Diabolic Domain present a unique and intriguing departure from the norm. Unlike most clerics who champion the ideals of true deities, these enigmatic clerics forge their devotion to something altogether different. They bow before the formidable beings that reign supreme over the infernal dominions—the Archdevils and their most prominent generals, the awe-inspiring pit fiends.   Embracing a rigid code of Law, these clerics are bound by a dark and ambitious purpose: to spread their clandestine faith far and wide, corrupting and converting mortals to their infernal cause. Their ultimate goal is to ensure that, upon their mortal demise, these converted souls are bound for the Hells, where they will serve as willing subjects in the infernal hierarchy.   This brand of clerics is driven by a thirst for power and a calculated desire to become devils themselves. They serve as insidious conduits, channeling the influence of their chosen Archdevil with the precision of a blade. Every convert they secure and every soul they taint with infernal devotion is a step towards their own ascension. Their ambition knows no bounds as they navigate the treacherous politics of the Nine Hells.   For these clerics, the road to power is one of patient subjugation and calculated betrayal. They serve their Archdevil with unwavering loyalty, biding their time until the moment is right to seize control. The ultimate goal is to overthrow their Archdevil, ascending to the throne as a new ruler of their own layer of Hell, with legions of followers at their command.
