5th Edition
You cause a creature you can see within range that is below its maximum hit points to begin bleeding more profusely. The target must make a Constitution saving throw, beginning to gush blood on a failed save as the target begins Bleeding for 1d4 damage.
If the target is Bloodied, this spell's range increases to 120 feet.
The damage caused by the bleeding condition increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
