Anwir's Phantom Flourish
You make a dramatic gesture toward a creature you can see in range, forcing it to make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, it becomes distracted and enraptured by a display of phantasmal color and movement, taking disadvantage on Perception checks and the first attack roll it makes each turn.
If the creature is already engaged in combat, it has advantage on this saving throw. The illusion fades if the target takes damage.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
