Anwir's Phantasmal Ovation
With a flourishing gesture, phantasmal admirers materialize around a creature of your choice that you can see within range. The admirers cheer, clap, and sing the praises of the target. The target must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failure, they are bewildered by the adoration and have disadvantage on attack rolls and Dexterity saving throws, as the illusion convinces them they are the star of the show. The crowd moves with the target, and the cheers grow louder when they attempt to attack or cast a spell, forcing them to make another Charisma saving throw. On a failure, the target becomes overcome with the desire to bask in their own glory, wasting their action. This does not expend the spell slot if an action is wasted while attempting to cast a spell.
If the target takes damage or you move, the spell ends.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
