Allanon

Allanon sits in the stone circle in a secluded forest on the Forested Ilses studying the stars above him. ”It is done then,” he thinks to himself as he notices the change in the constellations. He notices a menacing black hole on the outskirts of the galaxy that represents Elanora presenting a new threat – something to keep a close eye on. ”Much less stars now. Most red dwarves now gone or fading.” he thinks again to himself, noting it down on his tablet in his own way. He also notices the few bright blue, white and yellow stars that had also disappeared or faded, the green nebula that had now faded out and then one large menacing star that had ‘died’, creating a supernova and diminishing into a tiny neutron star.

Allanon gets up to leave then, but suddenly notices a shooting star flying across the sky. “Oh!” he exclaims. It then seems to fade and disappear though, before reappearing at a different part of the night sky. “Huh,” Allanon exclaims. “Hmm,” he says pointing to where the shooting star first appeared, “I know what that means,” but then pointing to where it disappeared then reappeared, “But that ... I have no idea.” Pausing, thinking for a minute he then says, “Oh well, I guess we will just have to see! It appears it’s finally come time for me to leave this place.” Allanon then leaves the stone circle to head back to his small druid enclave to gather his meagre belongings and leave the forest.

Allanon is a small teifling from the Forested Isles. He has purple skin with stars flickering upon it and light blue hair. Having spent all his life of 24 years on the Forested Ilses, he has known no other place within Elanora but is aware of what is happening in the world through the reading of the stars. As a Circle of the Stars Druid, Allanon is quite introverted and regularly speaks and does things that are a mystery to others, though are aligned with what the stars tell him. He does still have his own mind though of course, and has on occasion ignored the stars directions, normally leading to not great consequences. While Allanon tends to walk to the beat of his own drum, he has been known to be easily influenced by others and gets himself into trouble or ‘sticky situations’ at times as a result.
