Storyline (confirmed details):

Flynt's Arcade has Arcade Machines, which are temporarily out of service, and a basement level.

In the basement level of Flynt's arcade, you can access the digiverse, once we find the missing Quantum Teleportation Device. This is also a place to "Stake your Vox Kongs".
