Salena's Quill of Wishes

The Quill of Wishes is an artifact created by the powerful witch Salena several centuries ago. Despite its age, it is still in perfect condition and will always be able to write even without ink.
With this quill, a person can write down any wish they like, and it will eventually become true - if they can adhere to a set of rules:

1. The Wish needs to be written in form of a poem, the paper needs to be burned with the hour
2. The person needs to speak his wish out loud, every day after sunset for a full year
3. No other person may write down a wish until the current wish is fulfilled

Failure to fulfill the wishes, will cause great misfortune on a person. Usually, the original wish is turned into a terrifying opposite and will almost certainly end in ruin or death.
