Foreseher

This is an informal rank for a worker that manages a specific area of a factory or similar places. Usually they are accountable for productivity and failures made but also have the ability to hire and pay workers by their own discretion - and with a fixed budget of course.

Corruption on this level does exist, but the position usually comes with a good level of trust and extra pay, to counter the dangers of corruption somewhat. And of course the reported finances were often checked against anyway.
