Mavis Wren
A female kenku warlock and member of the Seeking Scorpions adventuring party. A partially reformed criminal, she fell into the service of a mysterious warlock known as the Gatekeeper and obtained access to many arcane powers. In return for these gifts she agreed to journey through Pescat in search of a suitable stronghold for her patron, drinkng and sleeping with attractive bartenders along the way. Despite several close calls she managed to use the magic of her patron and the Deck of Many Things to escape several dicey situations. In the summer of 908 the Deck provided her an escape from the Gatekeeper's employment, using the Flames card to summon the devil Naberius and having herself dragged down to the Nine Hells with him.
