Horatio O'Connell
An elderly gnome who runs a jewelry store in one of Anthep's many bazaars. He offered discounts on some of his enchanted objects to Team Jellicle, but only if they agreed to rough up the competition and run him out of town. The party refused, and his business struggled in Anthep's cutthroat marketplace over the next few decades.
