Zabrina Tarpaulin
Zabrina Tarpaulin was a Talazichian storm sorceress and priestess of Brell who lived in the EC 3000s. She was born to a human mother who died giving birth to her and an unknown elven father, and was raised by a family of Chondathan nomads who roamed around the shores of Skell Sea. They gave her the elf child name Za, but she expanded it to "Zabrina" at the age of 18. After meeting a priest of Brell, she came to find great devotion to the same goddess, and took the same vows that priest had.
She was one of the first people known to attempt to set sail into the greater ocean. She spent years working alone, attempting to design a craft that could withstand the world's waters. A terrible storm hit suddenly the evening she departed on her first significant voyage, and presumably claimed her life.
