Maristellis

Maristellis is a territory of Jeltir and an island in the Galuan Archipelago of the Rusvri Ocean, known for the town of Vandonsa and its Port of Balance, and serving as the headquarters of the Clerical Order of Alaya. The people of Vandonsa are skilled swimmers, fishermen, and sailors, and are governed by the order, specifically a cleric known as the Harbormaster.
