Haran is a city in the Jeltiri region of Alustria, on the borders of Delamett Forest. It is governed by Lord Vincent Pallu.

History

Haran was founded in EL 312 and grew very steadily from the time of its founding. In 976, Lord Venitius Pallu declared war on the neighboring city of Larnwick with the intent of seizing its land and resources. Larnwick was victorious and the two cities negotiated a conditional peace, although Venitius died not two days after the war ended, leaving the job of these negotiations in the hands of his son Vincent. The relationship between the cities has been strained but ultimately free of conflict since the ending of the war in 981.
