Ingredients:

30g Angelica (S)
10g Bluebell (U)
5g Cascara sagrada, Dried (R)
10g Chamomille (C)
1 Ebony (U)

Preparation:

Heat 200 ml of water to just before boiling. Cut of the bark of the ebony and add only the dark core to the water. Boil for 20 minutes. Add the cascara sagrada and boil for 5 more minutes. Remove the ebony and cascara sagrada barks from the water. Add the chamomile, angelica and bluebell and just cover the top of the vessel to let steam for 5 minutes.
