Flame

Residence: Cisk Forest, Hellonde
Flame was once just a normal wolf running with his pack. He and his brother, Bolt, were the largest of the pack. Bolt was always the Alpha, but Flame would occasionally challenge his sibling for control of the pack and lose. The pack roamed the forests and grasslands of northeastern Hellonde and encountered a being that they refer to as “The Lightbringer”. This being used magic on the pack, causing them to change. Bolt and Flame nearly doubled in size and developed certain abilities. Bolt was able to shoot lightning from his mouth and Flame became able to breathe fire. Moreover the entire pack became sentient and capable of speech in the common tongue.
When “The Lightbringer” tired of experimenting on the pack, he let them back into the wild and Bolt led them to an area on the edge of the Cisk Forest where a cave system offered the shelter in an area abundant with animals to hunt. Unfortunately the pack’s hunting brought them into conflict with a nearby settlement of humanoids and a party of adventurers. The wolves and the party were able to draw a truce, but Flame was enraged by the arrangement and attacked Bolt, causing Bolt to have to slay his brother.
