Even with the same mother the two people bicker and fight worse than siblings. The start of the war between the Lyrans and the Lycans.

When the Lyran, Thruzlern, took over the pride the tension between the two beasts races met with full force. Called the Great Beast War, it was a long and bloody conflict. It is unsure as to which side started the bloodshed, but the alpha of the Lycans, Zdeněk, often said he did it and was proud to have started the war. The Great Beast War raged for years, till the death of both leaders at each other’s hands.
