Roethar, the God of Weaponry

As a patron of smithing and weaponry, He forges weapons meant only for the the hands of Gods and kin. He has metal, clockwork legs, iron gauntlets, and a long staff hammer called The Iron Jawbone. The Hammer has steam pumps like an engine and it revs using lightning. Roethar can channel red lightning between two sources. Himself and usually another metal object. He cannot conjure lightning and fire it at people as he wishes. He must draw it from a source. He has a gaping hole in the center of his abdomen that begins to glow around the edges when he exerts himself. The metal parts of his limbs look as though they are overtaking his fleshy torso.
