Human
Humans are one of the most common sapient species in Efinia. They live mostly on the continent of Efin. Human homeland is a long isthmus in the southern part of the continent and, more specifically, its southern side.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Humans are a bipedal species walking in an upright position. They have a pair of hands free to manipulate objects. Humans could be called the most average of the species living in Efinia. None of their senses is particularly stronger, they aren't extremely strong and they don't have any special physical features.
Genetics and Reproduction
Humans reproduce sexually and give birth to live young. A female's body goes through a monthly menstrual cycle. It last for about 28-30 days. The woman is most fertile between the 10th and 13th day of the cycle. On the 14th day ovulation occurs and an egg is released. If fertilization doesn't occur the egg dies. A female Human's pregnancy lasts for nine months.

Geographic Origin and Distribution
Humans can be found almost all over Efinia, but are more common on the continent of Efin. In their homeland Humans are the majority and their numbers become smaller and smaller.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Human senses are average. They can see, smell, hear, taste and touch but none of those sense is very sensitive. In most situations they have to rely on the combination of almost all of their senses.
