Giants

Origin

Giants were the first creatures to inhabit Eduron, there are no records to indicate how old they are, but some researchers believe that the origin of giants is as old as the planet itself. Common giants also known as "True giants" were created by Annam All-Father who is creator of everything and as such each giant is believed to have a spark of creation within them which allows them to keep growing throughout their whole life, other giant-kin do not possess the spark as they were not created by Annam directly.
It is speculated that giants can't die from old age and instead go into hybernation, becoming part of the landscape.

Ordning

The ordning was the social order to which all giants adhered. It assigned a rank to each individual giant so that there were none who were equal to one another, only inferior or superior. It was regarded as an act of evil to go against the ordning. Giant-kin are considered last in the ordning by true giants.

Religion

Giants often differed in their religious views between species or even between tribes, having been known to argue and even war with one another over the exact desires of a specific deity. Generally, they all accepted Annam All-Father, the creator of giants, as the top of the Ordning, the giant pantheon.
