The Blade of Nightmares

History

The Blade of Nightmares was forged in Era 1, 1023 by Metal Ox and Psalm as a gift for Psalm's patron, Theyodis. The Blade of Nightmares was forged from the bones of the fire god Logi as well as the crystallized bones and brain matter of some long-dead god of death. With the masterful forging of Metal Ox combined with the legendary ingredients, the Blade of Nightmares is the perfect candidate for enchanting and is capable of felling even greater deities currently. The Crimson Dragons made their way to the Shadowfell, but Psalm had a change of heart and made a plan to destroy Theyodis with the scimitar. Together with her allies, Psalm launched the attack on Theyodis and was promptly defeated. Theyodis took the weapon by force and then stripped Psalm of her warlock powers.
Since being acquired by Theyodis, the Blade of Nightmares has not seen much use as he has not left his home in the Shadowfell for quite some time.
