Humanity, upon discovering a slipstream gate in another system, follows it and discovers the habitable world of Eskelia.

Humanity, which had been expanding for decades across their area of the universe, found themselves in a bind when they angered another faction that existed in their galaxy. With the threat of war on the horizon, they decide to seek out star systems and other galaxies. This search lead them to a slip stream gate that took them to a star system with one habitable world. The system, and world, were named after the explorer who found it.
