The APS, or Active Protector System, is a counter measure to the [Anti Kaisoul Field that can either be built into clothing or comes in the form of a device that is set up in a general area.

Access & Availability

The APS is not widely available due to it requiring specialized components, components that are not easy to come by.

Complexity

Much like the [Anti Kaisoul Field, this technology is just as complex to create and maintain.
