Thessia Elias (Thes-E-a L-I-as)

Born in 1050 CE as a half-elven commoner, Elias spent her time within the capital of the Goldan empire Working as a cleaner like her parents, but when the call for recruits came to fight crime and keep the peace for the empire, she took it. She was a force to be reckoned with, but she was also compassionate and a calming presence even when things were bleak, thus gaining the respect of those who knew her. After years of service within the capital and partaking in many skirmishes within the kingdom, she was promoted to captain of the capital guard in the capital of the empire and continued to build her reputation with the people, and eventually fell in love with an elven man, and they went on to have a baby girl named Meldrid in 1092 CE.
When the collapse occurred, the refuges from Ishmaltal flooded the borders, causing major strife between the nobles and the emperor, and things went from bad to worse when Desmir was destroyed, thus sparking an economic depression. Elias spent her time during this crisis managing the riots in the streets, as several oppressed groups resented the human family's rule. After the murder of the entire royal family, Elias stepped up, rallied the guard and whatever was left of their army, managed to retake the royal palace, and established military rule until they could reform the empire, with her as the general of the empire's eastern army. For over a decade, Elias fought town after town, rebel after rebel to reunite the empire. While she did this, she started dialogue with lords and rebels that were willing to cooperate and promised better ruling conditions if they pledge their loyalty to the new empire.
At the end of it all, the empire's armies managed to take back the land lost, and the people championed Elias as a hero, seeing as she was a tactical genius, but also charismatic with her handling of her adversaries and the people. When it came time to choose the next ruler, Elias made good on her promise and pushed for more ways for the different counties to have a say in what happens, leading to the creation of the council, where the emperor and powerful lords come together, represent their sectors, propose and review laws, and discuss issues. Her daughter would later go on to serve on the council as well.
Unfortunately 39 years later. When she passed on, the news spread across the empire, and they mourned the loss of a hero, a general, and a voice of the people. Her sword, shield, and armor were melted down and made into a statue (additional material was used but the officials don't tell you that), and her death was marked as a holiday, with many telling her tales of battle to their children, songs were made about her, and many soldiers aspire to live up to her example.
