One of the three Thessian Turqoise Gem Cities, Louis is a seaside city in the Finn fashion.

Situated at the boundary between the temperate green hills of the Thessian Main, the Eastern edge of the peat fens of Bogdown, and the boreal forests and plains of East Thessia, Louis is a unique combination of refinement and hard-scrabble industry.

The city is known for its extensive flower and dye markets, lumber industry, and breweries each dominating one quadrant of the city. Flowers and dyes in the West, Lumber works in the North, and Hops and breweries in the East.
