Chalci

A quiet seaside village in the South of Pella at the very edge of civilized Theban lands. Chalci has a small port and fishery, but mostly it's a hub for planters who operate farms and plantations further inland. Cash crops for Chalci are coffee and rubber, but is also famous for its miles of salt farms between the coast road and the ocean. Algal concentrations in the evaporation ponds give them vivid colors from pale green to bright red, even magenta.
